We accept proposals based on originality of ideas, usefulness to educators and parents, market need, and fit with the directions and goals of me+mi publishing.

To submit an idea please send:

1. A one page cover letter that briefly summarizes your book and describes how it stands out from others in its category. Be sure to include the title of your book.

2. A copy of the entire manuscript.

3. A resume that details your professional experience, emphasizes the aspects of your background that are relevant to your book, and list your previously published work, if any.

4. A self-addressed stamped envelope of adequate size for returning material, or indication that the manuscript need not be returned. Please make sure the postage adheres to the SASE to prevent its loss during handling. Never send your ONLY copy of a manuscript. Art and photography submission guidelines

me+mi publishing seeks illustrators and photographers who can capture and depict the world the way children see it.

Send color photocopies, printed pieces, and photographs.

Please do not send slides or original pieces of art. We cannot be responsible for them.

Please include a cover letter with your name, address, and phone number and a self-addressed envelope large enough and with sufficient postage for the return of your samples.
