Ordering books from me+mi is easy.

Shipping
Orders will normally ship the next business day from Aurora, Illinois, however this is not guaranteed. If you require expedited shipping (i.e., 1-, 2-, 3-day delivery), please call our customer service department at 1.888.251.1444. For domestic orders with delivery to any address in the U.S., your order will be shipped by UPS and most orders will arrive in 3 to 5 business days.
Special Addresses and International Deliveries
If you are interested in placing an order to be shipped to a P.O. box, APO/FPO address, U.S. territory including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, or a country other than the United States, please call us at 1.888.251.1444.
Returns · Guaranteed Satisfaction
We are proud to guarantee all of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase you may return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
We only accept returns for products purchased via our website. If you purchased your me+mi product from any other source, please contact that source to handle a return. Shipping fees will not be credited. To create a return slip, login to your account, go to account settings/recent orders and returns, and use the form provided.
All products must be in good, undamaged condition to receive a refund. Please repack the merchandise you are returning in the original shipping box or a similar package. We recommend returns be shipped via UPS or insured United States Postal Service for your protection. me+mi is not responsible for items during shipping.
We do not accept COD returns.
