Everything you need to know about
setting up an author visit
We are very happy that you are interested in having our author, Gladys Rosa-Mendoza, for an appearance at your school or library. Please fill out the request form and return it by mail, email, or fax.
After your appearance request has been reviewed we will contact you to discuss the author’s needs and expenses, which will include honorarium and travel. We suggest that whenever possible, the host should order books for the appearance. We will also send specific promotional materials, when available.

Terms of sale for author appearances:
Purchases
There is a 30% discount on all titles ordered and we offer free freight shipping. Invoices are payable net 30 days. me+mi publishing must have purchase order at least 30 days prior to the author appearance.
Returns
Unsold books may be returned and return freight shipping is the responsibility of the school. All returns must be sent to:

If returning books, do not pay full invoice amount:
• Multiply return by the “unit price”
• Deduct this amount from the net invoice amount
• Pay balance only
Please make sure that you order enough books for the appearance!
